The following general conditions of sale are deemed to have been read and accepted by the hosts
before any transaction.

Schedule
Arrival: I welcome you between 5 and 8 p.m. on the day of your arrival.
Departure: I thank you for leaving the room before 11:00 am in order to allow me to prepare the reception of new holidaymakers.
Outside these time slots:
In order to reserve you the best welcome, I kindly ask you to inform me of your arrival times when booking, and as soon as possible in case of unforeseen events on your journey.

Prices
Prices are inclusive of VAT, they include breakfast. They do not include other meals except in the Business formula.
Local tax is not included in my rates. To be paid in addition.
If occupied by a single person, this price will be reduced by €10.
Fees : 5€ per day per pet.

Means of payment
Online via the secure website or bank transfer: a RIB will be provided to you by email .
On site, we accept cash, we do not accept credit cards.

Payment methods
Installments
Your reservation is guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay, deposit to be paid within 72 hours via the secure website or by bank transfer. A RIB will be provided to you when you make your reservation directly from our site.

Pay
The balance of the amount of the stay is to be paid 16 days before your arrival via the site or by bank transfer.
For any reservation of 1 night, the total amount is to be paid upon reservation.

Non-modifiable, non-refundable rate: the best rate guaranteed!
Payment of the full amount of the stay upon booking. No refund will be possible.

Cancellation, no-show, reduction or postponement of stay due to hosts
Conditions valid for reservations made directly only (requests made via the website, by email or telephone):
Any cancellation or change of dates by the customer must be formalized by email.

Cancellation Policy
The following conditions are only valid for reservations made directly and formalized by email to O Tilia d' Azur up to 7 days before the start date of the stay :
Ô Tilia will proceed with the reimbursement according to the following schedule:

D-31: reimbursement of sums received by Ô Tilia d'Azur

from D-30 to D-10: 50% of the total amount of the stay must be paid to Ô Tilia d'Azur

from D-9 to D0: the full amount of the stay is to be paid to Ô Tilia d'Azur. No reimbursement can be demanded.

In case of early departure during the stay, the entire stay remains due and will be invoiced. ​

Room capacity
The suite Bleu d'un Soir is designed to accommodate 2 people. Possibility for an additionnal bed 1 personn, to be booked with the room on my website.
The suite A l'Heure du Soleil is designed for 2 people only. Additional bedding (including babies) is not allowed.
Access of additional people to the room will be refused in the event of non-compliance with this rule. No reimbursement can be demanded.

Pets
Dogs are accepted only under conditions. The reservation must be validated with our prior agreement.
His master will have to provide his sleeping equipment and the necessary hygiene. The animal is not allowed to occupy the bedding and armchairs. and must respect the animals of the property and other guests. ​

Use of premises
Our guests are invited to respect the peaceful character of our holiday resort, to use it with as much care as if it belonged to them, and to think that the following guests will have as much pleasure as you in finding a clean and pleasant residence for relax and have fun.

Pool
Hours of use: 8:00 am to 9 p.m.
Access to the pool area is strictly prohibited for unaccompanied minor children. Parents must also supervise their children, who remain under their sole responsibility.
Access to the swimming pool is strictly forbidden to animals.

Noises
In case of morning use of the swimming pool, we thank you for respecting the tranquility of the other guests.

Smokers
The rooms and common areas of the property are non-smoking (including e-cigarettes). However, a smoking area is provided on the property. We invite you to strictly respect these instructions in respect to other visitors and for the safety of our Nature which is also yours. Depending on the local weather, we reserve the right to prohibit this option. ​

Insurance
The host is liable for all damages caused by him. He certifies that he is covered by civil liability insurance covering his own liability and that of the persons accompanying him.

GDPR - Use of collected personal data online booking
Ô Tilia and its provider of the "Amenitiz" booking application undertake to comply with the provisions of the laws on the use of personal data collected.
By validating this reservation online, the traveler accepts that the information entered will be used as part of the reservation request and in the commercial relationship that may result from it.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These General Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of these presents, and after the failure of an attempt at amicable settlement to which the parties undertake, the latter will assign jurisdiction to the competent courts of Grasse. .
